2-3 lb. leg of lamb
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
10 peppercorns
1/2 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove the bone and skin from meat and cut off excess fat. Cut the meat into 1x2 inch pieces and put in a bowl. Combine all the remaining ingredients; pour over the meat and mix thoroughly. Cover and let mixture stand for 2 hours or longer at room temperature.

2. Arrange the meat cubes on a skewer. Place skewers on barbecue. Turn skewers every few minutes and baste with marinade. Barbecue about 15-20 minutes.
