Ingredients:
1 cup Jasmine Rice 2 cups water
1 lb. shrimp, no toenails!
1 large sweet onion
1 large pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
pepper, cumin, garlic, old bay to taste

Directions:
Dump it all in the rice cooker. Turn on high. When done you can eat some, and make some soup out of some (we like ginger, mushrooms and spinach) AND let the rice cool, form in spoonfuls, coat with cornmeal and fry in olive oil. Makes an incredibly tasty shrimp-cake. Serve with cocktail sauce.
