1-10oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, 8 large red potatoes boiled and peeled, 4 Tbsp. butter, 3/4 c sour cream, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp pepper, 2 Tbsp. chives, 1/2 tsp. dill weed, 2 c cheddar cheese, grated.

Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain in strainer and squeeze to remove moisture. Prepare potatoes by smashing and then add all ingredients except cheddar cheese. Place in 2 qt. casserole and top with cheese. Bake 400º for 20-25 min. serves10-12
