1/4 cup Coarse Salt (Sea or Kosher)
1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Paprika
3 tablespoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/2 - teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Directions:

In a small mixing bowl stir together the ingredients. Spread evenly to the ribs. Cover in foil and allow to marinate 4-6 hours or overnight before grilling.
