Cake:
2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
½ Teaspoon cinnamon
½ Teaspoon nutmeg
½ Teaspoon ground cloves ( I leave this out)
2 jars junior plum baby food
½ cup chopped pecans or raisins

Glaze:
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
Powdered sugar

Cake:
Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased and floured bundt pan and top with glaze.

Glaze:
Mix juice and sugar together to spreading consistency
