2 to 3 cups cooked, cubed chicken
2 to 3 cups cooked wild rice
1 (4 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 pound grapes, cut in half
1 large can mandarin oranges
1 cup chopped celery

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon lemon juice

Mix the dressing and combine with the ingredients above. The salad is best if made a day ahead of serving.
