12 cups of fresh whole wheat bread (2 loaves) cut in cubes, crust removed
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 Tbsp poultry seasoning
1 Tsp of salt
1/2 Tsp of pepper
1/2 cup butter
3 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper; toss to mix well.
Melt butter in medium skillet, sauté celery and onions until golden, 7 to 10 minutes.
Add to bread mixture; toss lightly until well mixed.
Use to fill prepared turkey. Makes 12 cups, enough to stuff a 16 lb turkey.
