2 c sugar
2 sticks margarine or butter
1/2 c water
2 1/2 c flour
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 c finely chopped walnuts
1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 c grated apples
1 tbsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together till fluffy the eggs, sugar, margarine/butter, and water. Combine dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in walnuts, chocolate bits, grated apples, and vanilla and mix until distributed evenly. Spoon into greased, floured 10 inch loose-bottom tube pan (Angel Food Cake Pan). Bake at 325º for 60-70 minutes till cake tests done.
