Nonstick cooking spray
6 Tbsp. BBQ sauce,divided
2 Tbsp. water
2/3 c. quick-cooking oats
2 egg whites,lightly beaten
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 red or green bell pepper, chopped

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375º. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce and the water. Add oats, egg whites, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and salt; mix well. Add the turkey, onion and bell pepper; mix well. Form the mixture into 6 oval-shaped meat loaves and place in the baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Spread the remaining 3 tablespoons BBQ sauce over the tops and bake for 5 more minutes or until the meat loaves are cooked through and juices run clear.
