Lean round steak or Sirloin
Paprika
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 1/2 cups broth
1 cup sliced green onions
2 green peppers (cut in strips)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup water and Soya sauce
1 tin water chestnuts (sliced)
2 large tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into strips and sprinkle with paprika. Brown meat in butter then add garlic and broth. Add onions and peppers. Blend cornstarch with water and Soya sauce. Stir into meat mixture, add water chestnuts. Cook at least one hour ( the longer the better) in slow oven or simmer on stove. Add tomatoes 15 minutes before serving. Serve with rice.
