"Flat Out" flatbread (deli section at Harris Teeter)
BBQ Sauce
Pizza sauce (Boboli is great!)
Pre-cooked rotisserie chicken
Onion, chopped and carmelized in olive oil - slowly; low heat
Bell pepper, chopped and sautéed
Chopped fresh basil
Grated Mozzarella cheese

I bought "Flat Out" flatbread, spread on a mixture of BBQ sauce/pizza sauce, added some cooked pieces of chicken (I used the pre-cooked rotisserie chicken from Harris Teeter), some caramelized onions (use olive oil), some sautéed bell pepper, some chopped fresh basil, and some grated Mozzarella cheese and baked it until it looked good.
