2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon soda
3/4 cup oil
2 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix: sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, soda.

Add: oil, vinegar, vanilla, cold water.

Bake in 13 x 9 pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. You can mix it in the baking pan.
