1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 Tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
1 Tsp baking powder

Mix together, press all but 1 cup into greased 9 x 13" pan.

4 cups rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 cup melted butter
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over the rhubarb and let stand a few minutes, then drain. Mix the sugar, flour, egg, and melted butter with rhubarb. Pour into pan, add cinnamon to reserved crumbs and cover the rhubarb. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
