4 lb. country pork ribs
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1/2 cup water
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large fry pan or baking pan, brown rib pieces in olive oil. Add onions, seasoned salt. Cook until ribs are 3/4 done. Add sauerkraut and water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
