1 C. Dry Navy Beans
1 Quart Water
5 Slices Bacon
1 C. chopped Onion
2 tsp. Salt
2 C. Hot Milk
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 C. Diced Potatoes
1 C. diced Celery
1 can (19 oz.) Tomatoes
2 Tsp. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and beans, boil 10 minutes. Let stand 1 hr. Cook bacon and onion til light brown, then add to beans and cook 1 hr.
Add all other items except for flour, milk and seasonings.
Cook another 30 minutes.
Blend flour in a little water to make a thickening and stir into soup.
Add milk and seasonings last.
