Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 or 2 lbs. ground meat
Olive oil
1 or 2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
Tomatoes, chopped
Lettuce, shredded
1 can sliced black olives
Cheese, grated
Avocado, sliced or guacamole
1 or 2 boxes taco shells
Salsa or picante sauce
1 can refried beans
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the ground meat in olive oil until all the pink is gone. Pour off excess liquid. Add the envelope of taco seasoning mix, (following the instructions on the package as to how much water should be added). Simmer the meat mixture while you chop the tomatoes, lettuce, olives, grate the cheese, and make the guacamole or slice the avocado. Heat the tacos until they are warm, just south of being too toasty.

Fill each taco shell with a few spoonfuls of the meat mixture, a bit of lettuce, a finger-full of tomatoes, a pinch of black olives, a dab of guacamole, a tad of sour cream and top it off with the grated cheese. And, if you so desire, you can add some refried beans to the mix. Or, if you insist, you can have it on the side. And of course, don't forget the salsa to add the heat.

This is the best party dish ever, as you can multiply the recipe for as many party-goers as you want. The best serving dish is a big platter with multiple dishes, each one holding the different toppings of cheese, tomatoes, black olives, lettuce, refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa and meat mixture. Each person can dish it up themselves. Have a basket of tortilla chips, salsa and guacamole on the side. The ground meat can be substituted with shredded chicken for great chicken tacos. Add Corona beer and a lime for the true experience!
