1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
3 TAB. WORCHESTER SAUCE
1 1/2 TSP. CHILI POWDER
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
DASH TABASCO

SAUTE ONIONS IN BUTTER UNTIL DONE OR CLEAR.
STIR IN THE FOLLOWING:
KETCHUP, BROWN SUGAR, WORCHESTER SAUCE, CHILI POWDER, SALT & PEPPER, DASH OF TABASCO.
SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES.

THIS B-B-QUE SAUCE IS GOOD ON ANY MEAT - CHICKEN, BEEF, PORK. IF GRILLING, COOK YOUR MEAT FIRST AND WHEN ALMOST DONE APPLY SAUCE - THIS KEEPS IT FROM GETTING THAT BURNED TASTE.
