1 roast beef-any cut
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in roasting pan or in a crock pot. Pour the soup on top of meat and sprinkle on the onion soup mix. Add the water to the pan. Either cover and roast in oven slowly or cook in crock pot till done. If you use an oven, it needs to be slow enough for the roast to get to the falling off the bone stage. The resulting gravy is great I usually cook this on low heat all night.
