2/3 c. hoisin sauce
1/4 c. pineapple juice
2 TB soy sauce
2 TB rice vinegar
2 TB sesame oil
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 each garlic clove, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine marinade ingredients. Put ribs in a baking dish and cover with marinade. Allow to sit in the fridge for at least one hour or at room temperature for a half hour. Cook in preheated oven until meat is ready to fall off the bone.
