1 can creamed corn
1 (square) soda crackers, crushed
1 large egg, beaten
1/3 c. milk or cream
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
chopped onion (however much you want)

Directions:

May be topped with buttered cracker crumbs.

Mix and bake in buttered dish until nicely browned -- about 1 hour at 350º.
