12 chicken thighs with skin and bones
1 14½ - 16 oz. can crushed tomatoes with added puree
¼ c. packed light brown sugar
3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. dried thyme
¼ c. French mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Remove skin from thighs and discard. Place thighs close together in 13”x9”x2” glass dish. Whisk all ingredients except mustard and chicken together in a saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard. Pour over chicken and bake until cooked through (basting every 30 minutes and turning chicken. Cook about 90 minutes total.
