3/4 c. double strength coffee, chilled
3 T. sugar
1 c. low fat milk
2 c. ice

Make double strength coffee by using twice the amount of coffee required (regular amount= 2 Tbsp. per cup). Chill. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend on high until ice is crushed and drink is smooth. Pour onto 2 (16 oz.) glasses and serve with a straw.
Variations:
Caramel-add 3 Tbsp. caramel topping to blender. Prepare as directed above and top with whipped cream, drizzle additional caramel on top.
Mocha-add 3 Tbsp. chocolate syrup to blend. Prepare as directed above and top with whipped cream.
