1 loaf French bread - cut in cubes
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage, browned
6 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese over bread. Put sausage over bread/cheese. Combine eggs, milk, mustard and pour over mixture. Cover with foil. Let stand in refrigerator for 8 hours or over night.

Just before bakng, mix well soup and 1/2 c. milk and pour over other ingredients. Bake at 275º (glass pan) or 300º (metal pan) for 1 1/2 hours.
