5 oz. soy sauce
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 T. brown sugar
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. Worcestershire
dash garlic powder
dash onion powder
3 lb. boneless rump, or sirloin tip, roast

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Place roast in a shallow baking pan; pour marinade over roast. Cover; marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning the roast at least once.
Bake roast in marinade @ 350º for 2 hours.
Remove roast to serving platter; serve with pan drippings.
