2 cups sour cream
1 can Bing cherries, drained
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
4-5 drops red food coloring (optional)
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 banana diced
1/4 cup miniature marshmallows (optional)
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix all ingredients gently together and put in paper cupcake baking cups in a muffin pan. Freeze. After frozen, they may be stored in freezer bags.
