Ingredients:  
1 pkg. spinach, thaw, ring in towel and rough chop
1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
3 green onions, chopped (tops included)
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
3 eggs, hard boiled, sliced
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Dressing:
1/2 package Hidden Valley dressing, dry
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

In a salad serving bowl mis first 6 ingredients.

Mix dressing ingredients; spread over top of salad. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate.
