5 lb. pork spareribs
Water, to cover.

Sauce:
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. beef Oxo

Directions:
Directions:
Boil ribs in water to cover in Dutch over for 15 mins. Drain. Put ribs in a small roaster.

Sauce: Mix all 12 ingredients in medium bowl. Pour over ribs. Cover. Bake at 350 º F oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs or until pork is falling-off-the-bone tender.
