1 lb. potatoes
Fresh sage and rosemary
3 cups white wine
Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Peel and wash potatoes and then slice thinly. In a baking pan, cover the bottom with the olive oil (thin layer). Then, layer the potatoes, fresh sage and rosemary, another splash of oil, and 3 cups of white wine. Bake in oven at 350º for about 30-60 minutes.

This recipe is from a cooking class that I attended at the Villa Ida in Sorrento, Italy. The one thing I noticed is that you can never use too much olive oil! Also, fresh spices are so much better, but in a pinch, you can substitute dried spices.
