1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Beat egg. Add milk and oil. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Pour into greased muffin pan. Bake 20 to 35 minutes at 400º. Yield 12 muffins.
