3-5 lbs. shrimp
2 sticks butter (1 1/2 for 3 lbs. shrimp and 2 sticks for 5 lbs. shrimp)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Juice of one lemon
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup white wine
1 to 2 loaves French bread
Mix together the following: 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. onion salt; 1 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper; 1/2 tsp. red pepper or less; 1 tsp. rosemary (crushed); 1/2 tsp. oregano.

Heat oven to 350º. Melt butter and garlic in bottom of broiler pan (or large flat container). Add mixed dry seasonings, lemon, Worcestershire sauce, and wine; mix together. Add shrimp; stir to mix. Cook 15 minutes. Turn shrimp and cook an additional 15 minutes. Serve in pan or large flat serving dish.
Heat bread and serve for soaking up sauce. Serve with salad and enjoy!!
