1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
1 (16 oz.) can Bing cherries, drained, reserve juice
2 (3 oz.) boxes cherry jello
1 (3 oz.) Coke
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, heat pineapple & cherry juice. Remove from stove and add jello to dissolve. Cool. Add coke, pineapple, and cherries. Place in fridge until wiggly and somewhat firm. Blend cream cheese and pecans. Fold in pinches of cream cheese/pecan mixture in gelatin using all of the mixture. Place back in fridge and chill until gelatin is set.
