5 lbs. Country Spareribs
1 C. Catsup
1 1/2 C. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
2/3 C. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 C. Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except ribs and divide in half. Marinate ribs several hours or overnight in half of the sauce. Remove ribs from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the ribs on a cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 350º. Ribs should be tender but not falling apart. Finish cooking the ribs over a charcoal grill using the second half of the sauce to baste with.
