2 c. diced cooked chicken
3 eggs, hard-boiled
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp . lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can chow mein noodles (topping)
1 T. chopped onions (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Top with chow mein noodles.
Bake 450º for 15 minutes. (You can cook for 10 minutes and add chow mein noodles during final 5 minutes for crisper noodles.)
