SPICE RUB:
6 tbsp. brown sugar
6 tbsp. paprika
3 tbsp. ground black pepper
3 tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt

RIBS:
3 slabs baby back ribs
yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine spice rub ingredients in a bowl.

Remove silver skin from underside of ribs. Coat ribs with the mustard then coat with spice rub. Rub into ribs. You will have some of the spice rub mix leftover. Can prepare up to one day ahead.

Place ribs on foil-lined baking sheet with sides. Roast in 250º oven for 2 - 3 hours, until tender.

Coat with your favorite barbecue sauce and grill just to brown.
