"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

Directions:
Prepare Frieda's Candy Fondant using peppermint flavoring to taste.
Roll fondant into 1" balls and place on waxed paper and press into circles with the bottom of a heavy water glass. Should be about 2" across and 1/4" thick. Dip glass in powdered sugar to keep it from sticking. Place rounds on waxed paper covered cookie sheet and chill until very firm. Can be frozen.

Dip in Frieda's Chocolate Candy Dip. Dipping works best by using a fondue fork under the round and dipping quickly, placing on waxed paper, before the round begins to droop. Cool and store in an airtight container.
