Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 6oz salmon fillets
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin (I like more... double or triple if you like cumin!)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
cooking spray (I prefer olive oil brushing)
lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a zip lock plastic bag or shallow baking dish and marinate salmon meat side down. Do this outside of the fridge to bring to room temperature for 10 mins. Heat your bbq. Combine sugar and next 5 ingredients (sugar-cinnamon) in a bowl... I make lots of this so I have it sitting around as a rub to use on other occasions. Rub this mixture over fish; place on the bbq skin side down over medium heat. Cook for about 10 mins or until fish flakes easily when touched or tested w/ a fork. Serve w/ lemon slices.

Yummy! Enjoy!!! Total crowd pleaser.

I like serving this w/ bbq marinated flank steak. Great surf and turf for company. Pick up some "Soyaki" teriyaki marinate at Trader Joe's for your flank steak and marinate overnight. "Soy Vay" works well too if you Trader Joe's is not an option.
