1 c. peeled tomato (chopped fine)
1/2 c. celery (")
1/2 c. cucumber (")
1/2 c. green pepper (")
1/3 c. green onion (")
1 sm. clove garlic, minced*
2 1/2 T. wine vinegar (or reg)
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. salt*
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 c. tomato juice

*If no fresh garlic - use 1 tsp. garlic salt and cut back on regular salt.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl or stainless steel.
Cover and chill 4 hours.
Serve chilled with croutons.
