1 lb. Italian Sausage
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. Romano or Parmesan Cheese
10 oz. chopped and drained spinach
1 or 2 cloves garlic
Your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 box large shells
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook shells as directed on package. Fry and crumble sausage, drain and let sit on paper towel. Mix together cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic and spinach. Add cooled sausage to mixture. Make balls out of the cream cheese mixture and fill shells. Layer in casserole dish. Cover with sauce and mozzarella. Bake @ 350º for approx. 1/2 hour or until cheese bubbles.
