1 cup water
1 1/3 up minute Rice
1 egg
butter
1/3 cup onion
soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan bring 1 cup water to a boil. Stir in 1 1/3 cup minute rice. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, using a 10 inch skillit, cook 1 slightly beaten egg in 3 tbsp butter. Add 1/3 cup chopped onion and rice. Saute stirring over medium heat until mixture is lightly browned. Mix 1/3 up water with 2 to 3 tpsn soy sauce and stir into the rice.
