3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
6 pork chops (3/4 to 1 inch thick)
2 T. vegetable oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2/3 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream, divided
1 can (2.8 oz) French-fried onions, divided

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet; dredge pork chops in flour mixture. Brown pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side or until browned. Place in a single layer in a 13 x 9 pan sprayed with Pam. Combine soup, broth and 1/2 c. sour cream and pour over chops. Sprinkle with half the onions. Cover and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes. Stir remaining sour cream into sauce around the chops and top with remaining onion rings. Return to oven, bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
