1 box Old El Paso© cheesy Mexican rice
1 to 1 ½ lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can refried beans
1 pkg. soft taco shells (corn or flour)
1 pkg. Mexican style shredded cheese
1 large can red enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a greased 13 x 9 casserole pan layer the bottom with taco shells, then layer pre-heated beans. Add another layer of shells. Add a layer of cooked ground beef with taco seasoning as directed on package. Add another layer of shells. Add a layer of cooked rice (by directions on box). Add can of enchilada sauce (be sure to completely cover the rice or it will dry out during baking). Cover the top with shredded cheese. Bake until cheese melts at 375º. Top with favorite taco ingredients.
