Whites of three eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 lb. medium brown sugar
1 lb. pecans ground in a medium grinder
Extra pecans for decoration

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites with salt. Add brown sugar gradually until like a meringue. Stir in ground pecans and form in small balls and place on well buttered and floured cookie sheets. Top with pecan halves pressed in slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 80-100.
