2 cans sweet potatoes or yams (1 lb. 7oz can)
1 can (9 oz) crushed pineapple
6 Tbsp butter, melted
3/4 tsp salt
Dash pepper
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Dash cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º. In medium bowl mash potatoes; measure 4 cups. Stir in pineapple, 2 Tbsp butter, salt and pepper. Put into 1 qt. casserole dish.
Combine remaining butter with bread crumbs, brown sugar and cloves. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 30 minutes, uncovered
