1 c. flour
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. nuts

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip (use 16 oz.) 12 oz. for topping

2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, oleo, and nuts until crumbly and pat in 9x13 pan. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350º - cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip together and spread over crust (must be soft or it sticks to crust and won't spread) microwave to make spreadable.

Make 2 pkgs. of instant butterscotch pudding - 3 cups milk. Spread over white mixture. Spread rest of cool whip (12 oz.)

Top with crusted butterfingers.
