15 lbs potatoes, boiled and diced
18 eggs, boiled shelled and diced
1 bunch of celery, diced
mayonnaise
mustard
celery seed
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, eggs and celery. In a large bowl mix mayo (about 4 cups) mustard (about 1/2 cup) and celery seed (about 1 Tbs). Add enough of this dressing to coat everything, but not make it too wet. Salt to taste. I like to use red skin or Yukon gold potatoes. The amount of dressing you need will depend on the type of potatoes you use. For some potatoes you may have to make additional dressing.
