1 3/4 Cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
3-8oz packages cream cheese softened
14oz can Nestle Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 T lime juice
1 T vanilla
1 1/2 cups Nestle semisweet chocolate chips
2 T Chocolate syrup
2 T caramel
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup Nestle mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Grease 9 inch springform pan.
-Crust- Combine crumbs and butter, press onto bottom and one inch up the side of pan
-Filling- Beat cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, lime juice, and vanilla. Beat until combined. Microwave 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips for one minute, stir, some may retain shape, then microwave in 10-15 second increments until melted. Stir 2 cups of cheesecake batter into chips, mix. Alternate batters into crust.
-Start and end with yellow batter
-Bake in a water bath 70-75 minutes until edge is set and center moves slightly.
Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Run knife around outside and cool completely. Drizzle syrup, caramel, and sprinkle with mini chips and pecans. Refrigerate overnight.
