1 pkg (18.25 oz) yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup chocolate chips
FROSTING
1 cup brown sugar
8 TBSP butter
1/4 cup milk
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted

Directions:

1. Grease jelly roll pan, preheat oven to 350ºF; set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl place cake mix, sour cream water, oil, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Blend on low speed for 1 minute; increase speed to medium and beat 2 to 3 minutes more until batter is thick and smooth. Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips. Spread in pan. Bake about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
2. For frosting: Place brown sugar and butter in medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Simmer, stirring constantly until well combined, about 2 minutes. Carefully pour milk, stirring, and bring to boil. Remove pan from heat and cool slightly. Mix hot butter mixture with powdered sugar on low speed until frosting is smooth and creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes. Frost bars immediately while frosting is still warm.
