Oven Meatballs:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (3 slices of bread)
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Meatball Stroganoff:
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
3/4 c. condensed beef broth
1 Tbsp. Sherry cooking wine
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1/4 recipe (12) oven meatballs
1/4 c. dairy sour cream

Oven Meatballs:
Combine ingredients, mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 dozen small balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place in 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" baking pan. Brown in moderate oven (375º) 25-30 min. Divide into 4 portions. Can be frozen.

Meatball Stroganoff:
In small saucepan, cook onions in butter till tender but not brown. Stir in flour. Add broth, wine, and ketchup. Cook and stir till mixture bubbles. Add frozen or not frozen meatballs; cover. Cook over low heat for 6-8 minutes (not frozen) or 10-12 minutes (frozen). Stir in sour cream. Heat but do not boil. Serve.
