11/2 pounds beef cut into thin strips(stir fry)
3/4 cups hot oil (vegetable)
1/4 pound green beans - more if you like green beans - especially when fresh
3/4 pounds cut mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 tbsp. corn starch
2 cups chicken broth
3 tsp molasses
3 tsp.soy sauce
1 tsp salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat in oil for 2 minutes or until light brown. Add vegetables and cook about 5 minutes, turn often. Add cornstarch, combined seasonings and broth. Cover and cook until thick and glazy (5min). Turn gently several times and serve with your favorite rice.
