4 tbsp. butter
1 ½ cups crushed Ritz crackers
½ cup bread crumbs
2 eggs beaten
½ cup milk or cream
½ cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 cups minced clams

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and mix with Ritz crackers and breadcrumbs.
Mix eggs, cream, flour, salt, pepper, and clams and add
to crumb mixture. Chill for 2 hours. Keep covered.
Flour hands and make into patties. Cook in fry pan with
¼ cup olive oil about 3 minutes on each side.
